PDF forms on a
MAC:::
When you are ready to save your file, go to your very top
menu, and click on File
then go all the way down to Print, on the File menu (it's all the way to the bottom)
In the bottom left hand corner you will see a ? (question mark) then you will see a
button with a drop down box that says "PDF."
Scroll down until you see "Save as PDF-X"
A window pops up and asks you for a file name and the box
below asks you where you want to save.
A good program for using, saving and printing our forms is Foxit Reader. It's a free piece of software that you can download by clicking on the link below, and scroll down until you find Foxit Reader 4.3.1.0323 exe (new) and follow the guided steps from there.
